TEACHING ASSISTANT

Location: St George's C of E School, Kidderminster

Contract: Fixed term - November 2024 - 31st August 2025

Hours: 30 hours per week (39 weeks per year) Monday to Friday 8.40am - 3.15pm

(15 mins break AM or PM and 20 mins lunch)

Salary: Grade 1, SCP 2-4 £15,598 - £16,120 per annum actual pro rata salary

We are a warm and friendly C of E primary school with approximately 200 pupils aged between 2 and 11 years. The school fosters close links with parents and the local community. We aim to provide a happy, stimulating and supportive climate in order for our children to achieve their maximum potential. To achieve this, we provide a wide variety of experiences for the children both on and off the school site. These are organised by the staff team of teachers and teaching assistants working together.

We are looking for a new colleague who can enhance the teaching and learning of our pupils, ideally a colleague with experience of, or an interest in, supporting children with additional needs or SEND. The position also includes lunchtime supervisor duties. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.40am - 3.15pm (15 mins break AM or PM and 20 mins lunch).
