Teaching Assistant Grade 1 job summary

Applicants will need energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a busy environment. The work can be challenging but watching the progress of the pupils can also be extremely rewarding. The successful candidate will: • have an understanding of SEN • have the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and parents • be able to use their initiative and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability • have a willingness to learn and take on new ideas • have good team-working capacity

Vale of Evesham School is part of Central Learning Partnership Trust. We cater for approx. 185 pupils with a range of cognition and learning difficulties, aged from 4-19. The pupils are ably supported at all levels by just over 140 staff. Vale of Evesham School also incorporates a residential provision, known as ‘Blossom House’ that has 15 spaces for pupils who board with us, four nights a week, from Monday to Friday.
