About Us: Finch Woods Academy caters for primary and secondary aged pupils who present with social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) and complex needs. The academy provides personalised care and support to empower every pupil to gain qualifications, develop essential social skills, and build self-confidence for a happy and fulfilling future.
Key Requirements: Due to the rapid growth, popularity and improvement of our school, the governors of Finch Woods Academy are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stages 3 and 4. Experience of working with vulnerable pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties would be an advantage.
