What skills and experience we're looking for
- Successful experience as a teaching assistant
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths GCSE grades A - C
- Ability
to support learning in school including early reading, writing and maths
- Ability to work as part of a whole school team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to stay calm in all situations
