What skills and experience we're looking for

• Successful experience as a teaching assistant
• 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths GCSE grades A - C
• Ability to support learning in school including early reading, writing and maths
  
• Ability to work as part of a whole school team
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to stay calm in all situations
