We are keen to recruit an experienced a Teaching Assistant to join our TA team at Grove Road Primary School. If you have the skills to support teachers and pupil’s learning we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a full time TA, Monday to Friday (term-time). Whilst experience is not essential it would be an advantage. The working hours will be 8:30am to 3:15pm, plus additional lunch duties as required.

We offer full induction and training and a warm and friendly team as well as enthusiastic and engaged learners.

Salary is dependent upon skills, qualifications and experience H1.1 (Scale Point 2) £24,413 to H3.2 (Scale Point 6) £25,989 pro-rata.

The successful candidate will be subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, including: an enhanced DBS; Prohibition check; qualifications; identity (including online check) and right to work. All applicants will be required to provide two references.

If you have lived outside the UK within the last 5 years, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct or a police certificate from the country/countries you have resided in. Kindly note that this is at the expense of the candidate, as well as any costs involved for translating into English.
