What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support learning in our Primary classrooms on a permanent basis.

The primary role of the teaching assistant is to work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

The ideal candidate for this role will want to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your position within these.
