What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a confident, effective and highly motivated General Teaching Assistants who will make a positive contribution to the achievement of all of our students. The role will require you to work alongside students in all year groups and provide support and guidance both socially and emotionally, and also to support academic progress. Applicants should be kind, resilient and patient with a good sense of humour and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. The desire to see each student flourish and reach their full potential using a variety of support strategies is crucial. The successful candidate will have an awareness of safeguarding procedures and be driven to support students reach their fullest potential.
