Teaching Assistant job summary

Hatfield Academy has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Teaching Assistant to join their highly skilled and enthusiastic team. This new part-time role will be a mixture of 1:1, 1:2 and classroom support. It is a fixed term contract until 31 July 2025.

Working hours are 9.30am - 1pm - Monday to Friday.

  • Have proven experience of working in a primary setting.
  • Want to make a real difference to our pupils and the wider academy community.
  • Have excellent communication and teamworking skills, and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Be committed to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of young people.
