- Full time: 23.5 hours Teaching assistant plus 9 hours Higher Level Teaching Assistant. 8:30 - 3:30 Monday to Friday with a half-hour lunch break. Term time only plus 5 INSET days.

Pay scale
- Teaching Assistant - A3-B1 points 3-6 (£24,796-£25,989 FTE) HLTA - SO1 points 23-25 (£34,434-£36,363 FTE)
What skills and experience we're looking for
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our school for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant/HLTA to join our staffing team. At Quarry Mount Primary School we want our children to become respectful, resilient and responsible learners in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment, where a strong sense of belonging and identity in the school and wider community is valued. We are looking for someone to join our team who can translate their experience across our school and really have an impact on pupil learning. If you are highly skilled, enthusiastic, ambitious, energetic, dedicated to raising achievement and ready for a new and rewarding challenge we would like to hear from you.
Applicants should:
* Be hardworking and enthusiastic
*Have the knowledge and skills to ensure effective learning and progress from all pupils
* Have the energy and creativity to inspire and motivate
* Have a very high expectation for achievement and behaviour
* Have 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including maths and English
* Be willing and able to obtain and/or enhance qualifications and training for development in the post. Have evidence of CPD
* Have experience of working in a school
* Have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, databases and web technologies.
