About you

Being a Teaching Assistant requires a certain set of skills and expertise

You will have calm and caring disposition

The ability to break down activities into small step and step teaching

A team player, willing to work closely with likeminded people who all have the children’s best interest at heart

Someone who is able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding in child development and the curriculum

Passionate about enhancing each child’s experiences and building upon their learning.

hh It would be an advantage to this position if you have some knowledge around phonics and reading within KS1 and lower KS2, although this is desirable it is not essential and full training will be given to the successful candidate.
