Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the classroom. We are seeking an individual who can support our teachers to motivate and encourage our pupils.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is calm, confident and has the skills to be able to support classroom activities safely and can create a positive learning environment. You will have:

-maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalent

-experience of establishing positive relationships with students and the ability to empathise with their needs.

The Role

Hollington Primary Academy is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant 2 to join our friendly and enthusiastic team, contributing to supporting learning across the school. The role may provide support to the teacher within a class as well as supporting groups of pupils in emotional, social and wellbeing based activities. We are an outward facing academy with great staff, pupils and parents.
