Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for an inspirational and creative teaching assistant to become a member of our friendly and hardworking team.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

• Is a practising Catholic or supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Is warm, friendly, and empathetic
• Has excellent English, maths and communication skills
• Understands how individual children learn to ensure rapid progress
• Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour
• Works effectively as part of a skilled team including outside agencies
• Someone who may want to develop skills necessary to enter into initial teacher training

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible teaching assistant to work across different year groups, small group work, and one to one work.
