About this roleThe Lighthouse Multi Academy Trust are looking for a teaching assistant with strong ICT skills and an interest in teaching computing to children to join the staff team at St James Academy. Are you passionate about ICT and the computing curriculum in primary schools? Do you have excellent ICT skills? If so, this could be a great position for you.
Main Responsibilities (see attached job description for further details):
You will be passionate about ICT and computing and have excellent/strong personal skills in this area.
You will enjoy working with children and be confident to support class teachers in delivering computing lessons to pupils.
You will be able to maintain the academy’s current ICT equipment and liaise with the company who provide our technical support.
You will follow safeguarding and child protection procedures and have the ability to handle confidential information.
