Required for September - 5 days per week term time only
Pro rata Actual Salary Grade 3 scp 5 £18,789 - scp 6 £19,088
32 hours 30 mins per week (8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday) includes 30 min unpaid lunchbreak
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teaching Assistant to work as part of a team supporting individuals and whole-class groups.
The successful applicant will:
- Have some experience in working with early years children with SEND
- Be an inspirational and reflective practitioner
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to make a positive contribution to a supportive team
- Be committed to social inclusion
- Be enthusiastic in order to motivate children to reach their full potential whilst providing support and challenge.
- Has a good standard of Maths and English
- Ideally have a relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning in children, or early years
