What skills and experience we're looking for
Ideally, we are looking for someone with
experience of working as a Teaching Assistant, but this is not essential. We are looking for
someone who aligns with our values of care, empowerment and celebrating every child
within our academy.
The successful applicant must have:
- Excellent standards of Numeracy and Literacy
- Recent experience of working with primary aged pupils
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of child development
