Kemble Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant supporting pupils in our Key Stage 1 class.

Kemble Primary School is a small school, with 4 mixed age classes situated in the village of Kemble, near Cirencester. We are a friendly, caring community and we are proud of our wonderful school. You will find us situated in the heart of the village and yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and fabulous school grounds. At Kemble Primary School we are committed to developing successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens in our ever-changing world.

This post is initally for the academic year 2025-26. The successful candidate would be expected to support pupils in and out of the classroom in a variety of class, group and individual interventions. You will need to be caring, patient, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under the direction of the class teacher and on your own initiative. The core purpose is to support children’s learning and have high expectations of their behaviour. Commitment to being part of a team and a willingness to learn from others and share good practice are essential.
