What skills and experience we're looking for

The main purpose of the role will include these key responsibilities:

To support the planning and delivery of high-quality learning and care for children and young people with complex special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.

This includes delivering specific, targeted intervention programmes on a 1:1 or small group basis.

This includes covering absent teacher colleagues, as necessary.
