What skills and experience we're looking for

We require someone who:

• has experience of working with children under 5 years (paid or unpaid)

• has knowledge of basic Health and Safety & First Aid

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Has knowledge of Safeguarding

• Has a commitment to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and / or Disabilities (SEND)

• Can support children through eating lunch

• Has a playful nature and a warm and loving approach to children

• Can engage children in back and forth interactions and can engage children in conversations.
