We are looking for someone who has:

• Children’s welfare, safety and learning at the heart of everything they do
  
• The ability to form positive professional relationships with children, colleagues and families
• A desire to be part of a collaborative team. You will be able to contribute, share your ideas, and learn from others
• The ability to use your initiative as well as take direction
• Great organisational skills with a willingness to cope and respond well to change
• Excellent communication skills. You will need to observe and listen as well as model outstanding language skills
• Work effectively as part of a team
