The successful candidate will: -

1. Be enthusiastic and dedicated to working as part of our school team.

2. Have a friendly, calm and caring attitude.

3. Work alongside the class teacher, SENDCo and outside agencies to deliver individualised programmes of work.

4. Be able to support the pupil’s social and emotional needs.

5. Wish to be involved in the life of the school as a whole.

6. Have an interest in their own professional development.

7. Have experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
