What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a highly effective and impactful Teaching Assistant with good curriculum knowledge, who has high expectations for all pupils and a passion for supporting children’s learning. We value those who have a strong team ethos and are also self-motivated to develop themselves alongside the children. Taking an interest in the children and their lives at home is an important part of the work we do, and our Teaching Assistants are vital in building these relationships.
