What skills and experience we're looking for

• Working 16.25 hours a week to support the inclusion, learning and development of pupils either in groups or individual basis.
• Supervising children and leading play at playtimes and lunch times
• Working under the guidance of the teacher and SENDCo
• Given support and guidance in welfare and learning
• Flexible and open to change; the specific duties of the post may change as the school develops
• Required to complete general administration work
• Experienced in positive behaviour management techniques
• Experienced at working with children with special educational needs
• Able to manage all situations with positivity, calmness and unfailing love!
