What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who brings patience, positivity and a genuine passion for early childhood development—someone who believes that all children can flourish when they are understood, encouraged and given the right support. If you are enthusiastic, reflective and eager to make a meaningful difference at the very start of a child’s learning journey, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The successful applicant will :
- Have a proven track record in supporting children’s holistic development in an educational environment
- Have a proven track record in communicating and working with parents and carers in supporting their children
- Have a working knowledge of work place first aid and management of medical needs
- Possess the ability to work flexibly and on their own initiative
- Demonstrate knowledge of Child Protection legislation and Safeguarding practices
- Be willing to participate in further training and development opportunities offered by the school
