What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have knowledge, understanding and commitment to working closely with the class teachers to provide support for the children to promote independence, encourage inclusion and access to the curriculum and learning resources. They will need good communication skills, be enthusiastic and be able to work on their own initiative at times.
Above all, we are looking for someone with a caring nature and kind personality who will have a range of strategies to ensure the children’s personal, social and emotional learning needs are met.
The post holder will be required to be an active team player within the school, as we work effectively as a dedicated team to provide high quality teaching and learning for all children.
