Salary: NJC Grade C: £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 29.15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year for one academic year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role requires a flexible approach, as you could be working with any year group from Early Years to Year 6. You will provide support to small groups of children with additional needs, helping them to thrive in their learning environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every child receives the attention and care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to small groups of children with additional needs. Assist in the implementation of educational plans. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the children's needs are met.
