Teaching Assistant/Lead Practitioner Teaching Assistant job summary
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant as soon as possible. This role provides support to students who may have learning, behavioural, physical or emotional difficulties, mainly based within the classroom. There may also be some small group intervention support. You will be expected to work as part of a team and contribute to the positive impact of the Learning Support Department.
For suitably experienced candidates, there may be the possibility of a lead practitioner role. We are particularly seeing candidates who may have experience in ELSA or other emotional literacy support.
The post is for 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
