What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Lady and St Paul’s are currently seeking three Teaching Assistant’s (Level 1) across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
We are seeking an individual who:
- Has experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity/ in an educational setting
- Has an awareness and basic knowledge of school curriculum (within specific age range)
- Has the ability to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers, recognising role in pupils’ learning
- Has the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities
- Has the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues
