Teaching Assistant Level 1 job summary

The role will focus on supporting pupils’ social and emotional development alongside their engagement in learning, contributing to a nurturing and supportive environment.

• demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the social and emotional development of all pupils
• have a genuine enthusiasm for inclusive practice;
• be willing to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance their skills in these areas.
