What the school offers its staff

Our school is a vibrant and exciting place to work. We pride ourselves in being creative and making learning fun for our children.

Parents often comment that our school is "like a family"; relationships between staff and children are positive and respectful, which we consider to be our most important asset. We care about and advocate for every child.

Values education is at the heart of our work and we strive to instil our core values, ensuring that all staff set a good example of these for the children.

Further details about the role

This role has been created specifically to support additional needs in key stages 1 and 2, and is fixed-term until 19th July 2024.

The postholder will be based with experienced staff in a nurture-type group every morning, supporting children's social, emotional and learning needs. They will act as a keyworker for a small group of children and will be expected to keep records of the children's activities and progress, with the support of colleagues.

Normally we would offer visits to see the school in action; however, due to the short turn-around with this post, we will be offering tours of the school on the interview day.
