What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching and COPE Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support teachers in the classroom, help students achieve their best, support children with their medical or physical needs and contribute to a vibrant learning environment. Ideal candidates are patient, adaptable, and excellent communicators, with a genuine interest in helping all students succeed. The successful applicant will be equipped in terms of experience, knowledge and skills, to undertake fully the requirements of this post. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure, show initiative and work actively to promote the ethos of the school. The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours term time only plus 3 days, part-time or a job share may be possible for the right candidate, although the successful candidate must be available for work on a Friday. The plus days will be worked in accordance with the requirements of the school.
