What skills and experience we're looking for

• Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma (or equivilant) with proficient practical skills
• Minimum of GCSE Grade C or higher (equivalent) in English and Mathematics
• Previous experience of working or volunteering with children
• Experience or leading and planning small group lessons/activities
