What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for candidates with:

Experience of working in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Experience of working with ASD, ADHD and learning/emotional difficulties
Experience of working 1:1 with pupils and in small groups, meeting their needs
Experience of liaising with class teachers and other agencies
Experience of specific interventions matched to the needs of the pupil(s)
A strong team work ethos and a nurturing approach
A desire to be flexible and proactive
A real passion for children and supporting their learning
