What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate must have an understanding of the primary curriculum and a positive approach to managing children's learning and behaviour. The candidate should have high expectations of the children and themselves. We also expect candidates to have excellent communication skills as well as excellent skills in English, Maths, ICT and other curriculum areas. The candidate will be hard working, creative, enthusiastic and able to work constructively and proactively as part of a team.

Shipston Primary School is a two-form entry school in rural south Warwickshire, close to the Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire borders. Shipston Primary is part of The Stour Federation Multi Academy Trust with other Trust schools geographically close to support formal collaboration and developing best practice.
