What skills and experience we're looking for
We require a Teaching Assistant who will:
- Work with small groups of SEN children or 1:1 with children to deliver a variety of learning and social skills interventions
- Be a hardworking and patient, kind person
- Have a positive, adaptable, proactive approach at all times
- Have effective communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with all members of the school community and outside agencies
