🧩 The Role:

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work under the direction of the class teacher to support learning activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of the classroom environment and resources.
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Contribute to the care, supervision, and welfare of pupils throughout the school day.
  • Support pupils in developing their social and emotional well-being.
  • Support children with personal care needs (EYFS)

  • Has a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience working with primary-aged children.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and uses initiative.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
