What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience of working with children and ideally children with SEND
High expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
Is aware of, and respond appropriately to, individual pupils’ needs
Has confidence in implementing strategies to support the child’s learning and development
Will promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
