Laceby Stanford Primary Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. We are therefore seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant who will support the delivery of high quality teaching and learning and who will inspire our children to achieve their full potential. We are seeking to appoint an experienced class based Level 2 Teaching Assistant who:

Is an outstanding, experienced Teaching Assistant

Is dynamic and creative in order to be able to engage, inspire and challenge all learners

Has very high expectations of what can be achieved by delivering consistently high quality learning opportunities

Has energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour

Is highly organised and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Has the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

Is able to follow plans and deliver 1:1 and group teaching

Has a willingness to learn and develop existing skills

Can demonstrate a secure subject knowledge in English and Mathematics to GCSE level to at least grade C
