The successful candidate will:

• Hold a recognised and relevant NVQ level 2 qualification and have undertaken other appropriate training (preferably leading to national standards at NVQ level 3) or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, experience and skills
• Inspire, challenge and motivate children to achieve
• Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Help to create an outstanding learning environment

We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work full time (8.30am – 3.30pm) to join us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work flexibly across the school as well as with individuals with SEND.
