Willow Tree Primary School is part of Vantage CE Academies Trust which was set up in 2012 and is one of 10 schools across Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Bolton and Knowsley. It is a place of learning where all are inspired to achieve together.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant Level 2 (One to One SEND Support) who has:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
- Experience of working with children with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech & language difficulties)
- Ability to reinforce lesson material, adapt resources, and assist with tasks to support learning progress
- Patience, empathy, resilience and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 2:45pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Term Time plus 5 INSET Days
Actual Salary for part time and term time working: £17,519 per annum
This role is subject to additional pupil funding and will cease when the pupil leaves the school or funding ends whichever is sooner; and this will be reviewed annually.
