We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant Level 2 (One to One SEND Support) who has:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Experience of working with children with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech & language difficulties)
  • Ability to reinforce lesson material, adapt resources, and assist with tasks to support learning progress
  • Patience, empathy, resilience and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 2:45pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Term Time plus 5 INSET Days

Actual Salary for part time and term time working: £17,519 per annum


This role is subject to additional pupil funding and will cease when the pupil leaves the school or funding ends whichever is sooner; and this will be reviewed annually.
