We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistant to join our Academy and support students.
Reporting to the SENDCO , the successful candidate will support the day to day running of our SEND provision and develop learning skills for students.
With a flexible approach, you will:-
Work under the direction and guidance of teaching / senior staff to support groups and individuals in their learning.
Work across the academy to deliver specific intervention programmes, for which training will be provided.
Assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.
You may also be required to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Develop good relationships with staff, parents, carers and other professionals.
