We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will be committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our youngest learners, while contributing positively to our collaborative school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working in a school environment or other educational setting
- Experience working with children / young people
- Works in close collaboration with colleagues as a valued member of a team.
- Is innovative and creative in their style of approach
About You:
- A qualified Teaching Assistance, with an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Competency in Maths and English at GCSE level, with excellent levels of spoken English.
- A reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for child development and early education.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Committed to inclusion, creativity, and continuous professional growth.
- Energetic, flexible, and eager to contribute to a supportive, community-focused team.
