Sheffield South East Trust is seeking passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join Wybourn Community Primary School, starting in September 2026.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a stimulating learning environment and building positive relationships with our children. They will work hard to engage students in the curriculum to reach their potential; promote academic and social development and must bring enthusiasm and a positive outlook to further enhance our staff team. This role requires strong communication skills, a desire to work as part of a team, a solid understanding of education principles and effective behaviour management strategies. Experience of supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs is desirable.
