What skills and experience we're looking for
Kingsway Community Trust wishes to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and talented teaching assistant to join the Reception team at Cringle Brook Primary, supporting children individually and in small groups, supporting learning, social and pastoral development.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential. This role includes lunchtime supervision. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process.
We offer strong professional development and a number of our TAs go on to teacher training.
Level 2, Grade 3 £21,189 pro rata, equates to
apx £18,164 per annum
This position is subject to 2
professional references and DBS clearance.

Kingsway Community Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in South Manchester. The Trust is comprised of three, Ofsted graded Outstanding primary schools; Ladybarn Primary School, Cringle Brook Primary and Green End Primary School.
