What skills and experience we're looking for
We are ideally looking for someone who has EYFS experience.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, keen to work in partnership with teachers and able to work under instruction as well as having the ability to use their initiative.
They will be required to contribute to the educational and social development of children. They should have the ability to build excellent relationships with adults and children and work as part of our whole school team. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and experience.
They should embody the following qualities:

Sensitivity and understanding, to help build good relationships with pupils
A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils, and promoting the ethos and values of the school
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
Commitment to safeguarding pupil’s wellbeing and equality

Capacity to inspire, motivate and challenge children and young people
