What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our school. Please state your preferred key stage on the application form. Flexibility to work across school is welcomed.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • enjoys working with a caring team approach and has children at the heart of all they do to raise aspirations and ambition.
  • is highly motivated and loves working in partnership with children and families.
  • is able to work confidently with individual and small groups of children.
  • has paediatric first aid training or a willingness to be trained.
  • understands the variety of needs that our children may have.

You will be expected to be skilled at working with larger groups, as well as individuals, as short-term cover may be required.
