Job Title: Teaching Assistants (Level 2) Post Number: S7019612 Grade/Salary: Grade 4 Hours of Work: 34 hours per week (Term time) + 2 days - Permanent Location: St Hugh’s School, Bushfield Road, Scunthorpe, DN16 1NB Tel: 01724 842960 Email: admin.sthughs@northlincs.gov.uk Description: Required as soon as possible to work at St Hugh’s School with students aged 11-19 years with complex learning, sensory, physical, communication and educational needs. There may also be some multisite working. Main responsibilities will be to assist in the planning, teaching and assessing the differentiated curriculum and in developing, implementing and evaluating individual targets and individual behaviour plans, under the general direction of the teacher. St Hugh’s School is a special school for students between the ages of 11 years and 19 years of age who have a range of learning difficulties including moderate, severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, profound and complex needs and language and communication difficulties.
