Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary

As from January 2026, we are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to work at St Thomas Cantilupe School. Situated in the heart of Hereford city we are a flourishing school with hard working, kind children, supportive parents and a great staff team.

The role is full time 8.30am - 3.15pm and will include a period of lunchtime support. It will initially be for two terms and end on 16th July 2026.

We are looking for someone who:

Likes to work as part of a forward thinking, supportive team

Finds out how best to support individuals to maximise their learning

Enjoys communicating with families, staff and outside agencies

Is committed to making a difference to the children at our school

We would like to hear from you if you have EYFS experience right through to KS2. We are seeking the best applicant to support our pupils and school ethos.
