- Can adapt, improvise, and think on their feet (bonus points if you can also locate missing pencils at speed)

- Warm, patient and resilient
- Creative in their approach to learning and support
- Passionate about inclusion and student wellbeing
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Experienced in SEND (desirable but not essential)
