What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Level 2 qualified teaching assistant to join our wonderful staff team. The role will involve supporting an individual pupil who requires 1:1 support primarily with communication. The post holder will be a flexible team member with excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills with a calm, approachable manner and a passion to motivate pupils to succeed.
