We are seeking to appoint two outstanding Teaching Assistants Level 2 (One to One SEND Support) who have:

·        Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role

·        Experience of working with children with SEN

·        Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech & language difficulties)

·        Ability to reinforce lesson material, adapt resources, and assist with tasks to support learning progress

·        Patience, empathy, resilience and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:15am - 3:15pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Term Time plus 5 INSET Days

Actual Salary for part time and term time working: £17,519.93 per annum

This role is subject to additional pupil funding and will cease when the pupil leaves the school or funding ends whichever is sooner; and this will be reviewed annually.
